NSW Drug Court Parramatta is located on the Ground Floor of Parramatta Court House at 12 George Street, Parramatta. It is one of the specialist Drug Court locations operating in New South Wales.
The Drug Court deals with eligible offenders whose criminal offending is connected with drug dependency. People are generally referred to the Drug Court from the Local Court or District Court, with eligibility depending on factors including the offence, likely sentence, drug dependency and willingness to participate in the program.
Golottas Solicitors can assist clients with criminal matters that may involve Drug Court proceedings or referrals. Obtaining legal advice can help you understand the charges, referral process, eligibility requirements and what to expect when appearing before the Drug Court.
